Bryan started renovating properties part time in Federal Hill in 1997. By 2000 he had renovated four properties and he had secured enough rental income to leave the corporate world in order to pursue real estate and other business ventures full time.

Bryan's work can be found in Federal Hill, Ridgley's Delight, Washington Village (Pigtown), Charles Village South, and Station North / The Arts and Entertainment District.

Bryan's formal background includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration both from Virginia Tech.
